  • CCTV footage and audio recordings captured on our premises

The Pringle does not maintain long-term digital customer booking databases.

Reservation information is recorded manually for operational purposes only and is destroyed once the booking date has passed.

Customers may choose to contact us via WhatsApp or join our WhatsApp announcement group by voluntarily scanning a QR code.

Joining the group is entirely optional and customers may leave the group at any time.

We do not sell, distribute or share customer contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The Pringle maintains social media pages including Facebook and Instagram.

Customers may voluntarily follow, like or interact with these platforms. Any interaction on public social media platforms is governed by the privacy policies of those platforms.

Customers are free to unfollow or disengage from these platforms at any time.

  1. 6. CCTV Monitoring

For the safety and security of our customers, staff and property, CCTV cameras operate on the premises of The Pringle.

The system records both video and audio footage.

  • CCTV footage is stored securely on a locked hard drive within a secured server cabinet.

  • Access is restricted to authorised persons only (the owner and manager).

  • Footage is retained for approximately four (4) days before being automatically overwritten unless required for security, legal or insurance purposes.

Any personal information collected is used only for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Managing reservations and customer communication

  • Responding to enquiries

  • Security and crime prevention

  • Staff administration

  • Compliance with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction.
